Yes, we are an authorized dealer of all brands we carry. Our watches are covered by manufacturer warranty.
DO YOU SELL WATCH BANDS?
Yes, we have a variety of leather, metal, and rubber bands for replacement.
HOW LONG DOES A NEW BATTERY LAST?
We guarantee our batteries for 1 year as of installation. Usually they last between 2-3 years. All our batteries are marked so you can just bring them in, without a receipt, if there are any problems.
CAN YOU ADJUST WATCH BRACELETS?
Yes, we can add/remove links to the size you desire.
We also provide free readjustments within a week.
THERE IS A CHIP ON THE CRYSTAL, CAN YOU REPAIR IT?
Yes, we can replace the crystal.
MY WATCH HAS WATER DAMAGE, BUT IT IS STILL WORKING. WHAT CAN YOU DO TO FIX IT?
Yes, bring the watch in and allow one of our staff to assess the damage and give a better estimate and turn around time.
CROWN/STEM FELL OUT, CAN YOU FIX IT?
Yes, It is likely that parts of the movement which hold the stem is broken.
Depending on price and availability, we can either replace the parts or replace the movement.
MY WATCH BRACELET IS MISSING A SCREW, CAN YOU FIX?
Yes, we may already have the correct size screw. If not, we can order parts from the manufacturer.
I NEED AN EXTRA HOLE ON THE LEATHER BAND.
No, we do not provide that service. If you buy a new band from us, we can do it. However, the new hole may not be machine-like precise.
WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN ULTRASONIC CLEANING AND POLISHING?
Ultrasonic cleaning is an when object is submerged in cleaning solution and a high frequency vibration is applied to clean surfaces and gaps.
Polishing is the process of buffing the surface to smooth out any scratches.
CAN YOU CLEAN INSIDE THE WATCH?
Yes, the process is called overhaul, in which we dissemble all parts, such as the circuit and coil - down to each of the screws. After professional cleaning, we assemble the watch back to its original state.
Our watch maker will provide quote after initial inspection. Prices vary depending on variety of factors including make, model, and year of watch.
Overhaul will take about 2 weeks and come with 1 year warranty.
CAN YOU REPLACE MOVEMENT?
Yes, Watch maker will check availability of parts and provide quote. After your confirmation, process will take 7 to 10 days depending on the order and delivery of the replacement.
WHAT IS COVERED IN OVERHAUL?
Dismantling, cleaning, assembly, oiling of the watch movement.
Repair or replacement of worn or damaged movement parts.
Adjustment and regulation of the timekeeping.
Replacement of Crown, Push-Buttons, Gaskets, and Battery. (if applicable)

HOW MUCH IS SOLDERING?
Starting price is $15 per spot, price varies depending on material.
WHY IS THE COST OF SOLDERING ON CUSTOM JEWELRY HIGHER THAN GOLD MATERIAL?
Although the value of custom jewelry may be less than gold jewelry, gold is an easier material to handle, and custom jewelry needs more work.
DO YOU OFFER ENGRAVING?
No, we are unable to provide engraving as of now.
We will provide engraving service in the near future (2018).
DO YOU OFFER CLEAN AND POLISHING?
No, we only offer complimentary cleaning and polishing for items we serviced.
However, we do not take normal cleaning and polishing jobs.
WHAT IS A SHANK REPLACEMENT?
A shank is also known as a ring band. As a ring wears out, it may fit loose or the material becomes thin.
Shank replacement is when we cut out the weaker/thinner parts of the ring and replace with with a new shank.
DO YOU SELL RING GUARDS?
Yes, we have ring guards for temporary sizing solutions.
Please bring in your ring so we can install it for you.
DO YOU HAVE EARRING BACKS?
Yes, please bring your earrings in store to check for a perfect fit.
THERE IS MISSING STONE ON A RING, DO YOU HAVE REPLACEMENT?
Yes, prices vary depending on material and size. Once you select your replacement stone, Jewelry Corner will provide a quote.
CAN YOU TAKE A CHARM FROM A BRACELET AND PUT IN ON A DIFFERENT BRACELET?
Yes, minimum labor charge may be applicable.
If you require soldering, it will be extra.
IF I BUY A CHARM FROM YOU, CAN YOU SOLDER IT?
Yes, we solder in house.
SILVER RING WITH STONE NEEDS SIZING, CAN YOU HANDLE IT?
If it is simple silver ring, we can handle it.
If has stone on it, then we recommend going to a silversmith.
THE STONE SITS LOOSELY IN THE RING, DO YOU RECOMMEND WEARING IT?
No, it requires a prong adjustment to secure the stone.
HOW MUCH IS PEARL RESTRINGING?
Price vary by length. Also, we generally only offer restringing with knots. Service time is around 2 weeks.
WHAT IS THE BENEFIT OF RHODIUM PLATING?
Rhodium plating is used to provide a surface that will resist scratches and tarnish, and gives a white, reflective appearance.
